Whistle

So today I was whistling and I thought what causes whistling. It is interesting to find that it is the vibration of the lips and the air that is around it. I had a lot of fun whistling many tunes today. I am excited for my symphonic band class. I have had one rehearsal so far. It is a lot of fun to play the clarinet. Have a good day :)

Hi Ruth. I'm glad you're enjoying band. I LOVED symphonic band in college. Pep band was awesome too. This week I just started teaching a student clarinet lessons. I've never had a regular clarinet student before. We'll see how it goes. I hope I can do a good job.

Words of Wisdom

The effect of our words and acts is tremendous in this world. Every moment of life you are changing to a degree the lives of the whole world. … So, it’s not the surroundings, it isn’t the positions; the thing that will influence [others] in this world, are personalities. No matter what you are people will feel and recognize this. You radiate, you can’t hide it. You may pretend something else, but that will not affect people.
